Sonation Oil Trays

The oil trays allow you to keep your pumps clean in the laboratory.
Most pumps lose small amounts of oil over time due to aging seals. This oil then settles on the laboratory floor and, together with dust, forms a film of dirt that is difficult to remove. From time to time, seals may also become so brittle that large amounts of oil leak from the pump. Both of these problems can be reduced to the area of the sump by using the oil trays.
Since the sumps are made of stainless steel, they are easy to clean after such “accidents”.

Another advantage is mobility. Since the trays are equipped with rollers, the pumps can be moved effortlessly. This is especially advantageous when an oil change is pending. The rollers are designed as stop rollers, which enables a safe stand.

The oil trays can be used together with our sound protection hoods without any problems. When used with an oil tray, the sound protection hood is placed on top of it. This makes it easy to move the sound protection hood all together with the pump.
