Lyophilized dye enables you to check the pipetting accuracy when you have a test solution that may have a higher or lower viscosity compared to water. Using your test solution removes errors introduced by water that has different physical properties than your test solution.

Steps:

• Resuspend the dye pellet in 4mL of your test solution.
• Use the resuspended solution to validate the accuracy of your pipettes.
