Human beta synuclein (SYUB) is non-amyloid component of senile plaques found in Alzheimer disease. Labelled SYUB is a recombinant protein, stable isotope labelled (SIL), designed for use as an internal standard for quantitative analysis of SYUB by mass spectrometry (MS).
