Temperature control is essential for achieving reproducbile, high-quality results in high-performing proteomics analysis.

The HeatSync integrated heating ecosystem eliminates unnecessary complexity while extending temperature control to previously unsupported workflows. With sustainable design principles and an intuitive interface, the HeatSync™ range provides proteomics laboratories with tools that simply work, allowing your focus to remain where it belongs: on research rather than equipment operation.

The HeatSync range of temperature control solutions is a purposefully designed companion that enhances what IonOpticks’ columns can achieve. Comprising four perfectly synchronised components:

HeatSync Controller

The IonOpticks Dual-Channel HeatSync™ Controller is a dedicated temperature controller designed specifically for use with IonOpticks column heaters.

Equipped with two independent channels, each channel is capable of precise control of column heating, whether operated individually or simultaneously. This purpose-built instrument is optimized to heat IonOpticks columns within a typical range of 30°C to 60°C, ensuring stable and reproducible chromatographic conditions. Each channel connects via Hirose connectors to IonOpticks column heaters and provides reliable consistent heating performance.

Features:

  • Plug-and-play. More than ever.
  • It couldn’t be simpler.
  • Single button. Dual control.

The controller is designed exclusively for use with IonOpticks resistive heating elements and is calibrated to ensure compatibility and safety. With independent control over each channel, users can manage single or dual-column configurations with ease. The unit is operated via a straightforward interface, allowing for stand-alone operation without the need for external control systems.

HeatSync Column Heater

The HeatSync™ Column Heater maintains optimal column temperature for all IonOpticks XT and XS columns, preserving chromatographic performance from injection to detection. The temperature displayed on the controller is the actual temperature experienced by your column – what you set is what you get.

As a separate solution that’s not integrated directly into the column housing, you don’t need to discard the heater every time you change columns. Simply remove the column and insert the next one – the HeatSync™ Column Heater is ready for your next experiment. Save the time and money that’s best spent on your research.

HeatSync Rapid Column Housing

Designed to integrate with both the Nanospray Flex and EASY-Spray sources, the HeatSync Rapid Column Housing enables temperature control for Aurora Rapid 5 cm columns. From more stable results to higher throughput, heating shorter columns brings the benefits of temperature control to applications where it was previously unavailable, opening entirely new analytical possibilities.

Now you can heat columns shorter than 8cm, at the source.
Heating shorter columns reduces back pressure while increasing throughput and ensuring more stable results. This allows more samples to be processed in less time, while maintaining separation quality and extending the life of your columns.

Included in all HeatSync™ Starter Packs.
The HeatSync™ Rapid Column Housing’s reusable design reflects our commitment to sustainability in laboratory practices. For researchers seeking both speed and reproducibility, this accessory, included in every HeatSync™ Stater Pack, transforms what our columns can achieve, enabling workflows previously impossible without controlled heating.
