Easy solutions to mount your Column Oven to your Ion Source.
There are many different column set-ups that can be mounted to an Ion Source, however, there is no good way to mount a Column Oven to this device. In order to solve this problem, MS Wil developed several solutions in order for you to mount your Column Ovens to your Ion Source properly.
MS Wil has developed mounting brackets solutions for set-ups with the following Ion Sources:
Mount your Column Oven to Thermo Nanospray Flex Sources
Within this category MS Wil offers three types of Mounting solutions:

| Column Oven Tray to the Thermo Nanospray Flex Ion Source Direct Junction (Part No.: MSW-SB-1) Request your quote | The tray can easily be mounted to the steel rod and when in position fastened with a simple screw. The tray is designed such that Velcro ribbons can be fed through slots in the bracket to easily fix the column oven to the tray. |  |
| Column Oven Tray to the Thermo Nanospray Flex Ion Source XYZ-Manipulator (Part No.: MSW-SB-2) Request your quote | In the MS Wil product portfolio we supply the Pepsep Sprayer and the NewOmics multi-nozzle sprayer. This tray is the solutions for when these two very different applications need to be integrated with a column oven. |  |
| Extending the Direct Junction rod with a Column Oven Tray (Part No.: MSW-SB-3) Request your quote | When using fairly long column ovens, we see that it becomes more and more difficult to mount these long devices to your ion source. In line with the earlier described trays, we completed the line of trays with one that can be connected to the Direct Junction as an extension. |  |

Mount your Column Oven to Thermo EasySpray Sources
Within this category MS Wil offers the following Mounting solution:

| Column Oven Tray to the Thermo EASY-Spray Ion Source (Part No.: MSW-SB-4) Request your quote | In order to fit a Butterfly Heater to the EASY-Spray Ion Source, MS Wil has developed a tray that can easily be mounted on the Column Holder of the ion source. The tray is designed such that it will just clamp on top of the holder. Velcro ribbons can be used to easily fix the column oven to the tray. |  |
